Many Useful Students In (our) Community
Check off your to do list with the help of a GMHS music student! Students are raising funds for their Disney performance in Orlando, Florida in the Spring…and they’re willing to work for it! Each year, the FCCPS Band Boosters pairs willing and able students with community members who have work that needs to be done. The students work to earn money for their trip…and the sponsor families get ahead on fall/winter chores! It’s a winning combination!

When: October 26th through December 8th (7 weekends)
What: Hire a minimum of two students* to come to your home or business to…
Or let us know what you need help with and we’ll match you up with students who have the skills to get the job done! Sign up early! Slots fill quickly.
Cost: We encourage fair pay for good labor in the form of a donation to the students’ trip accounts.
How to make payment:
- By check: Please make checks payable to the FCCPS Band Boosters. Please include the names of the students and the date of the job. Give the check to one of the students before they leave the job site. The donation will be divided equally among the students who worked your job.
- Online: Visit https://squareup.com/store/MUSIC-Days to make a secure payment by credit card. Simply enter the agreed-upon amount in the “donation” box. At checkout, be sure to enter the names of students and date of the job in the “Note To Merchant” section so we can make sure the students are credited for the work they did for you!
- Cash: Please seal payment in an envelope with the names of the students and the date of the job written on the outside.
